DIECAST Embarks On North American Tour With DROWNING POOL

May 11, 2007

DIECAST kicks off a month-long North American tour as direct support to DROWNING POOL tonight in Evansville, WI. The group recently completed a monstrous 10-week U.S. tour with SEVENDUST, which marked the longest tour of the group's storied career as well as the third U.S. run in support of their newest album, "Internal Revolution", praised by Decibel magazine as "perhaps the best music of the band’s career."

Dennis Pavia (drums) checks in with the following report: "Our first show with DROWNING POOL starts tonight, and we are very excited to get back on the road. We really feel like this is going to be a special tour for us since we've just come off the best tour we've ever had with SEVENDUST. It will be nice to see a lot of familiar faces and new ones as well.

"Our new video for 'Nothing I Could Say' is now on MTV2's 'Headbanger's Ball' and it's been getting a great response. It was actually really nice to make a video that didn't have any performance footage in it and that was more based around a twisted story. I've been in the band for a little over a year now and it's everything I've ever hoped for and more. Things keep getting better and hopefully we will have a chance to see you at the upcoming shows."
